2. Service Description

Agralink is a cloud-based alarm monitoring platform for poultry, swine, and turkey operations. The service provides real-time sensor monitoring, alarm notifications via SMS and voice calls, and a web-based dashboard for farm management. Service availability is subject to cellular and internet connectivity at your farm location.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, ensuring proper installation of sensors and gateway hardware (typically through an authorized dealer), and maintaining adequate internet or cellular connectivity for alarm notifications.

4. Subscription and Billing

Agralink monitoring services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are communicated at the time of purchase. All subscriptions are managed directly by Agralarm. Contact us at 888-968-2802 for account questions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agralink alarm systems are designed to supplement, not replace, responsible farm management practices. While we strive for continuous monitoring and timely alerts, Agralarm is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures, power outages, sensor malfunctions, or delays in notification delivery. Users should maintain backup monitoring procedures for critical operations.

6. Intellectual Property

Agralink is a registered trademark of Agralarm, Inc. All content on this website, including text, images, software, and design, is the property of Agralarm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the Agralink dashboard and alarm notifications will be discontinued. Sensor hardware remains the property of the customer.
