Meet the Team
Steve Flaherty
President
Farming and livestock have always been a passion for Steve, President of Agralarm. After attending Agriculture School at the University of Maryland, Steve pursued grain, poultry, and swine production on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
As food production became more technical, Steve launched Agralarm in 1990 to focus on alarm protection for poultry and livestock. Today, Steve oversees the strategy and growth of Agralarm along with the future needs in protecting the investment for the farmer and the integrator.
Steve and his wife of 38 years live in Crisfield, MD and have two grown children.
Caleb Stevens
IT Director
Caleb joined the Agralarm team in 2016, bringing years of experience in the poultry industry, software development, and network deployment. In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and is a part of the leadership team at his church.
Terry Trivette
Operations / Field Services
Terry joined the Agralarm team in 2012. He brings years of experience in the poultry industry, as well as installation, equipment, and hardware experience.
Terry plans and develops policies and procedures for on-site installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In his free time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.
Brooks Flaherty
Operations & Tech Support
Brooks joined the Agralarm team in 2022. He comes from a 10 year career working for NASA at Wallops Flight Facility in electrical engineering specializing in integration and testing. He is supporting general operations, setup and commissioning of new system installations, and providing technical support to customers. Brooks enjoys being out on the water and making sounds with his guitar and singing.
